2021 Nautitech 46 Open

Cerulean is a beautifully presented, nearly new, OWNERS' VERSION catamaran, which has NEVER been CHARTERED. Appointed with 3 spacious cabins, the portside hull is an entirely dedicated owner's suite and includes large Queen-sized berth with custom innerspring mattress, bedside and ambient lighting, large portlights, and closets and storage. This suite benefits from a large open top desk space / vanity and stool, mirror and storage drawers / nooks. Forward is the voluminous owner's shower stall and bathroom storage, with an entirely separate electric head and sink. The interior is fully air conditioned with the option of reverse cycle heating, plus additional 12v fans.

The starboard side hull offers full sized berths fore and aft, ample storage, and separate head and shower. Again, the primary guest berth benefits from an upgraded custom mattress. 

The warm walnut interior provides a breathtaking and spacious saloon area including large folding leaf table with wraparound seating, and separate dedicated chart table, complimented by significant storage and ambient lighting. When in port, there are UV protective covers for the portlights. 

The galley is well appointed and includes refrigerator, freezer, and separate double drawer refrigerating unit, combined with double sinks, cooktop and large oven.  

The cockpit area is built for entertaining. A large varnished cockpit table is bordered by L shaped seating with removable cushions, and a large couch opposite. Forward facing seating underneath the solar arch brings the total seating capacity to at 12 or more. An exterior fridge and wetbar are installed. Sun mesh awnings and canvas protection provide comfort when dining outside. 

The captain benefits from a twin helm layout with upgraded B&G electronics at both stations, windlass and bow thruster controls, and a comfortable padded seat. The sail controls are led aft to the helmsman and include electric winches.
